Tennessee | I don't see how you couldn't pull a 12/23 3605 Kinze. You can order those planters to use minimal hydraulics. A 4440 pulls one real good even on the hillsides we have near the mountain around Manchester. What planter is the dealer recommending?
Edit: after looking on tractordata, if the numbers are right, I think you could pull anything you mentioned as long as you don't get carried away on hydraulics. That tractor weighs nearly twice as much and has nearly twice the hydraulics of a 4440. It tested 175hp on the pto. I've never actually sat in a tractor like yours, so take it with a grain of salt.
