Galena IL | I’m @ $40 for a 36 row 20 inch planter exectemerg,fertilizer, insecticide,prescription rate control, I map their fields, so a 30 inch row planter should be around $30 per acre . I figure a corn planter is good for about 450 acres per foot so if you have a 40 foot planter @ 18,000 it is deprecated out so if the new cost is $400,000 your fixed depreciation is $22.22 per acre.
