On Beans?

I’m 15” beans and the local applicators just have floaters.

Bean is where I feel most comfortable switching to fall app of P-K-S and then still spreading my dry with AMS in spring ahead of corn to get the Nitrogen benifit on it.

Have been fall spreading elemental S on everything from sand to silt loams, and don't ever see issues with S deficiencies. With corn, usually put a little S on with planter, and sidedresser, just in case fall spread pattern wasn't perfect. Wheat gets a bit of ATS through stream bars for same reason. This way, for the most part, any possible slight inadequacies in fall spread elemental S are covered. AMS in spring ahead of corn makes sense because of the N component, but in our part of the world, still prefer dry spread goes on in fall if ground is fit vs being forced to go over wet ground in spring. For us, this means elemental S.
