I tried a hand pump that fit 30 gallon drum but stopped working after 2 years. Bought a 12v electric transfer pump from harbor freight for around $50 that uses garden hoses and I can fill jugs , sprayer etc very fast. Rinse it out with water afterwards and it’s been running great for 1.5 years. Key is to run water through it as soon as you are done.
