20 Miles West of Indianapolis Indiana | I need to move to some fall fertilizer to keep ahead of the custom spreader and keep my planter moving. I have been all spring fertilizer ahead of corn and beans both and used AMS as my sulfur source. I especially like the AMS ahead of corn. I work all my corn ground and work 1/2 or so of my bean ground.
I am thinking I can start by spreading all my stalk ground going to beans and switch to elemental. But i feel like when I talk to those whom I feel are more educated on the subject, more often then not they like spring AMS for the sulfur choice.
Can anyone definitively tell me that I won’t be making any poor choice going to fall P-K-S on my bean ground for now vs spring? |
