West of Mpls MN about 50 miles on Hwy 12 | Looks not quite as bad as an easement for a Canadian sand crude pipeline the first spring after construction...or the tenth.
Energy easements are the gift that keeps giving...at least the farmers with windmills and solar panels had a choice if they wanted an energy easement restricting the use of their land.
