I've never used Topguard, so I can't give you a fair assessment of what you paid for the product.   But $25 sure does seem high to me.  

I'm using Quilt Xcel for our flag leaf application.   Yes, it's older chemistry, but it has either a "VG" or "E" rating for all the wheat diseases I worry about.... except for Head Scab.   We will use a different fungicide other than Quilt Xcel at flowering for Head Scab suppression.  Plus, we've used very little Quilt Xcel on our farm in the past, so I'm not too worried about resistance with Quilt Xcel.  

After doing some checking around.... I ended up with a price of $5.03 per acre for Quilt Xcel at the rate of 14 ounces per acre.  

Maybe I'm being foolish using this older chemistry.   Time will tell.
