My sons boss is having a retirement house built out east and he works in KS yet and only gets home every couple of wks or so. When he was back the last time and his wife and him were looking at the house which is nearing completion they were standing in the bathroom and the wall next to the toilet didnt look right, He went and got the level and the wall was out of plumb 3"!!!! And the wall was painted already. Just what you want to write a check for......

Same thing happened on a neighbors house. Near as they could figure, there was a line snapped on the floor and the ceiling that matched up perfectly. Wall was supposed to line up with the snapped lines. Problem arose when the guy standing the wall up on the ceiling side got on the wrong side of the line. The floor guy and the ceiling guy were both on the left side of the line- except apparently, they were facing each other when that determination was made.
