Does anyone know how to restore factory default setting on my gen 2 precision 20/20 monitor? I have too many unusual/unexplainable events and it was suggested I do this. I have exported all of my settings/fields/maps/prescriptions/ect to a flash drive and to paper and now feel confident that it is safe to do a factory reset. Can anyone explain to me how this is done?
