I don't have pictures, but the knives look just like a factory knife, except instead of a sharp edge, the custom made ones have a blunt edge.  To get them made I took a new knife to the fabricator and they copied it, slotted holes and all, and cut them out on a laser table.  If I want more, all they have to do is select the saved file and the quantity, then let the laser do its thing.
