Ok, I'll play...a little. Make sure they will take it wet. Make sure they will pay if it all falls down(one of the two companies I know of that produce both corn and milo has a track record of milo that doesn't stand...but then they also have corn that the ears just fall off of as well. Lol). Make sure of your crop insurance guarantee for milo vs. corn. Make sure they don't make you bin it at home, but if you don't take my advice, make sure your bins are equipped to handle milo and that you are equipped to get it out of the bin. Being seed milo I'm sure they will watch it but be prepared to spray it for ear worm.

My attitude aside...milo can work and it is definitely has odds of being more successful than wheat in arid areas. It also can be a train wreck if you know nothing about it and try to treat it like corn. I wish you the best of luck. Report back on how it went please.
