You guys are gutsier than I am. I would like to see a close up picture of your seed trench. I would be concerned it is just a mass of roots and would interfere with good seed to soil contact. I have planted beans green, and was nervous doing it. I’d be scared to death to plant corn into that. I couldn’t tell if you are using coulters.
