I can guarantee you that when I'm spraying beans with fungicide at 80 psi w/my ground rig, the foliage reacts accordingly. It is not being moved by tiny droplets "floating" to the ground.

I'm not sure how it looks in your sprayer, but I can push down the upper leaves in either corn or beans. I have not personally viewed drone app, but I know that planes don't typically move the foliage when flying at 20 feet+ AGL. Aerial applicators I'm familiar with typically fly a little higher when applying fungicide.
