They don't give you that information because there is no standard test for cold germ like there is for warm germ. It would be an apples to oranges comparison between companies.

Hardly. They don't give it to us because it's not required by law. If the law required it, there would be standards. It would make them responsible to meet specific standards... standards that they probably don't want you to know they don't do consistently today. It's much better ( for them) you don't know and just plant it.
