Yes many of my growers are on a 100% liquid diet. Works great for getting a return this year, or when margins are tight. Dry P & K are not very efficient broadcast. Depends on your goals, if it’s to feed the plant go liquid, if it’s to feed the soil go dry/liquid combo.
