It finally arrived in our fields, wheat is heading, have light to heavy in different fields with different varieties. Suggestion came to look into drone - 1400 ac estimated 33 hrs of drone spraying time. $10/ ac. Aircraft 6-7/ ac.

Drone sounds usable is rate can get to 2 gpa. Understand plane is 3 gpa, but per agronomist plane will cover better.

Total cost for plane $13.60/ ac. Was quoted up to $15.50/ ac.

Hopefully the fact sheets are on target that minimum return will be 6 bu/ ac since paying 3 bu/ ac for this. Fact sheets have wonderful numbers for increased yield if ' adequate to great moisture)

If you have heavy rust pressure, you should get way more than 6 bushel per acre return. Have seen rust cost a guy 30 bushel+ per acre in highly susceptible varieties.
