Urban area is about 3 % in the US.
I know there would be heck to pay if city folk started killing the wife's flowers or neighbors gardens.

I do not think that dicamba use accounts for much outside of ag!
well you are wrong. most home weed spray mixes have dicamba in it, as do almost every commercial tank mix. and dicamba isnt the scary ghost you all make it out to be. we spray it on almost every acre here, year round........
mcpa, dicamba, quinchlorac and sulfentrazone (so 24d, banvel, facet L, and spartan)
