Subject: Soil names list

North Liberty and South Bend, Indiana
Is there a master list of all the soil names? Not the basic types like silt, loam, sandy, etc but the actual names like Harney, Tracy, Oshtemo, etc. Even better if it has them in an order of fine to coarse or listed in the soil type triangle.

I'm curious as to how our soils we consider sand compares to others sand soils. Several years ago I had an agronomist come out claiming to know how to deal with sandy soils. Got to the farm and she looked down and said there was nothing she could offer as she had never seen soil like ours. Apparently the area of Illinois she hailed from has a much different version and opinion of what sand is.
