I don't know what state you are from as some state land grant universities have extension agents that could help you find a value for the manure from local fertilizer prices and typical nutrients analysis of your species and confinement system/bedding type of manure. For reference university of Wisconsin system has some good resources about dairy manure. Here is a handy concise publication that may help.

If they haven't had any fertility applied for decades, I assume they are not pushing for high profit or high yields so manure application can make it look like magic.
