Subject: Late nitrogen on wheat

Palestine Illinois
We split apply 28-0-0-5 on our wheat. First shot went on late February. Second shot was later than I would have liked, it went on last week. The problem is that I have 100 acres that is to wet to cross the second time. I think this 100 acres will be heading out in the next week, and we have a half inch forecasted for later in the week. I assume streaming nitrogen on headed wheat is not recommended. Could I have urea/Ams flown on?
