Subject: RE: Sprayer tank fill process

Coles County, Illinois
I have an eductor (pressure side) that recirculates mounted on the sprayer. I also fill out of a creek directly into the sprayer. I don't want to mix chemicals out by the creek. I do know that it takes a little time for AMS to mix so I add that out at the creek as I'm filling. If I'm mixing a full load I back off from completely full so I have room for the added chemicals and rinising the eductor. I then go to my chemical storage location and add all the chemicals. By the time I get back out in the field I've exchanged the whole tank a couple times. I also have sparge tube agitation that rolls the whole tank for through mixing.
