I wouldn't ever mix liquid N with a herbicide and Palisade, not even with 5-7 gallons of UAN.

If its warm enough for herbicides to work (and warm enough for Palisade not to hurt the wheat), 5-7 gallons in the mix will result in unacceptable leaf injury and a yield reduction.

Spray your weeds in the fall if possible (if you leave weed control till spring, its probably already had an impact on yield).

Also, if you plant shorter varieties (known to have good standability ratings), they typically wouldn't require Palisade. So you can spend that $12-15 per acre Palisade expense on something that will help yields, like a flag leaf fungicide, or a good fusarium product at flowering.
