Northwest Pennsylvania | We have it pre bagged but set up for self service and keep the trip scale locked. We have a bunch a cameras which seems to have pretty well eliminated the theft. We go through 1000 bushels a month and charge 8.50 for 50 lbs. We are located near enough to forest county which has a pile of camps and people that have retired from Pittsburgh or Cleveland and moved to the country so we're in an almost ideal location. We have a motion light for if it's after dark and make it convenient. Someone can pickup 1-40 bags day or night with no phone call and no human interaction unless we happen to be bagging at the time. I bagged and tied 40 bags in a half hour the other day grandpa usually handles the bagging but he's on a little trip. We haven't advertised or anything just made it convient and it's spread by word of mouth. We have been doing this largely the same for about a decade and it has just grown on its own | |
