Could it be the humis and O.M being burnt out of the soil?

John kempf had a interesting podcast I listened to where he claimed we are over oxygenating our soils. Tillage lime and tile were a few of the big ones. What he was claiming was 100% backwards from what I thought was correct, and I’m not saying he is correct either
