The chisel is a great tool if you are going to be doing tillage. More soil blows around here now that most guys think they need a rolling basket behind every single tillage implement. Those rolling baskets sure make it look like a pretty seed bed but I don’t see how it’s beneficial to run one with every tillage pass.
