I’m a little confused…. You’ve sprayed to kill weeds before your tillage pass? Typically we’ll use a tillage pass to remove weeds and make seed bed and THEN spray for any escapes and to put down residual…
All that to say, if it’s me, I’m let that round up sit for about 24-48 hours before tillage just to make sure the plant has time to absorb and translocate it
