| You need to find drainage tile that was installed before 1985 that would have drained it well enough when installed to make it “prior converted” quality drainage.
I was successful getting FW (farmed wetland) reclassified as prior converted by locating tile that had been installed in 1920’s and wrecked or not maintained by government agencies for decades. I had to appeal to state level bureaucrats. NRCS official finally changed the designation on last day of work. | |
