| I have a parcel that I purchased in 2015 approximately 5 acres was considered wetlands by a determination. (The previous owner cleared the brush from the property, and I purchased it and cleared out the remaining trees).
A second determination was done, and it was changed to “converted wetlands”.
I am currently writing and asking for reconsideration of the judgment made( an appeal).
Has anyone been successful with changing the determination? I have been farming this parcel for nine years now. If you were able to change the determination, how did you go about doing it? TIA | |
