I am no meteorologist, but I would think the clouds would lose a bunch of moisture from going up over the mountains. I think the systems that make rain in the middle of the USA pull a lot of their moisture up from the Gulf of Mexico??.??
Wasn’t cloud seeding to get some rain started and reduced hail ?.?
