Dumb or not, beans that have no residual chemicals on them will outgrow beans with a residual on them in cool damp conditions. Most of the problem weeds aren’t germinating now and your high dollar residuals will be gone when you really need them. If you stay ahead of it you can apply liberty, enlist or dicamba after they emerge and kill anything that is starting to come up. This isn’t something I would recommend later in the season.
