Subject: Residual and burndown incorporation

Northeast IN
What is anyones experience or knowledge with spraying a burndown and residual together and then working the ground a week or so later? With the warm wet weather the weeds have come on. I was thinking of spraying a burndown to kill the weeds along with a residual and then only working the ground once before planting after the weeds have browned. Is this a bad idea? Other option is to work the ground twice and then spray. I don’t like to over work the ground but if the weather stays damp I won’t be able to get green weeds through the cultivator.
