Milo really slows down any maturity if nightly lows go below 50. It likes heat.
Drying milo is not easy. 18 and down is tolerable. Probably equivalent in drying time to mid 20s corn. Above 20 milo is a mess to dry. Can't move air through milo like you can corn. Super sticky to auger and builds up goo on augrrs and combine.
