Subject: RE: John Deere Soybean planter plate ?

Between Omaha and Des Moines, 7 miles South of I80

Just FYI:

Last year; I'm running a 56 cell John Deere edible bean plate (Black eye pea) that only has 2 rows (verses 3 rows on 108 cell disc) AND these plates have a slightly smaller "hole" in each pocket = 4.00mm hole verses a 4.40mm hole in the standard 108 hole soybean disc. [ roughly 8.0 - 8.5 " vacuum]

My modified JD7200 planter is 8/15 row planter with 15 - 19" soybean rows. {corn is 38" - 8 row}

The JD7200 planter manual has the chart for this 56 cell plate and the sprockets you adjust to to get your desired population. I set for roughly 126,000 pop.

EDIT: Your H136468 shows a 3.5mm hole
