So I am thinking 1) the tile has been undersized from day one and you will have that issue unless the entire blue line below you is upgraded. 2) the blue line below your red line is plugged or partially plugged which causes the back up during a high flow event. 3) if the blue line below you has been replaced and is big enough, the problem is in your red line below the "blow hole" in your yard.
