Kettle Moraine, WI | You are not the first comment on username and I picked it because I have been told the same in real life.
In my case drags are great for conditions except rocks. They bring up and leave every golf ball size stones or larger. Great for picking but golf ball sized rocks are unpickable and hassle. Tine seem to keep them in place better.
For all the good ideas in this thread it appears to me that a heavy harrow is indeed that, heavy, and too heavy to flow residue under it and most everything needs to go around the tines. I may need to repurpose mounted harrows from secondary tillage to achieve my objective | |
