I think your 80-20 mix is going to be your best all around option for everything. I was running a case 1200 stock meters for 4 years and case dealer told me to just run graphite, so I did and never had any issues with blocking air lines or clogging up anything. Updated to precision planting meters and they said to run the 80-20 so I did, and had great results as well. We sell seed too and I see some JD guys just pouring in straight talc and a lot of it, that seems less than desirable to me, but I don't really know what I don't know on a JD planter. I like the mix now but honestly straight graphite has worked for me in the past and it doesn't seem to take as much of it. I should add that I only plant my corn, treated beans get ran through an air seeder and don't put any "lube" on the seed there.
