north east Ohio | Get a least 3 bids min. Ask for refences of previous jobs that they have done. Do the same with foresters as far a refences. They aren't as bad as loggers but still not always honest. Walnut is up in the market right now. A 75/25 is a good split if doing
shares but I would want to see the check that the logger got and split that amount. There should be a pretty detailed tally from the mill. A higher value timber sale per acre should be a wider split. | |
