Grandpa said take a look and guy offered 80,000. Wasn’t real impressed so declined. A different buyer stops a week later and grandpa says take a look same criteria as first. He comes back at $100,000. Grandpa still not much interest. First guy calls back and then second guy called back when said and done the final bid was $160,000 and he sold. | |
