| We have a 30' x 16' insulated OH door that has a dual track opener with a Liftmaster electric opener. Building was put up in 2011 iirc. This door gets opened several times a day. Last spring we did have to replace the opener because the gear case started leaking & oil soaked the circuit board. Have had some track issue with the door itself but that has been the only issue with the opener. The opener wasnt cheap so I understand you thinking to go to the jackshaft style opener
