jasper county , IL | Have had one for 12 years on a 24 X 16 none insulated door. Opener is a Lift Master works well only issue we have had was a set screw worked loose where the drive shaft coupled to the end of the spring and cable shaft at top of door, don’t think it was tightened good enough at time of installation. Has not caused any problems since, just be sure and lubricant the track roller annually if they get dry sometimes it can cause it to open and close as it overload the torque limits and reverse itself. | |
