East Central Arkansas | I tried them once maybe twice and they made the inside of my mouth and tongue feel funny. They had a good taste and I even tried a raw one in the garden. I don't like wasting them but I just cut off and leave laying in the row middles. Very few people around here use the beet tops but turnip greens they will clean a patch up. One thing I have noticed is deer love beets and carrots and will leave the other greens alone. | |
