Morgan Co. Illinois | Local man and wife go all over the Midwest to horse plowing and mowing events. They host one every other year.
1 and 2 A couple horse team pics. Love to hear the sounds as they go by.
3 This team belongs to the hosts and the girl driving is a neighbor's daughter that works on one of the Budweiser Clydesdale crews.
4and 5 My weapon of choice was the old 4840 and the same vintage Landoll Soilmaster disc chisel. Gave some driving lessons to a couple of young boys. Pretty easy to impress young boys with a straight piped 466 when your competition is mufflered WD 45's and 2 cylinder Deeres. Maybe started to convert them to the right path as their dad's are both of the red religion, or at least be an oddball like me and appreciate any color.
