Eighty Four PA, "Seat of the Whiskey Rebellion"
The first 4 pictures are near Woodstock VT.
#5 is Smuggler’s Notch, east of Stowe VT
#7 is Franconia Notch NH
#8 is Breton Woods Ski Slope NH
#10 is the base of the Cog Railway up the western slope of Mount Washington. Originally steam; now diesel. Average slope is 25 degrees, so the center rail is a continuous sur gear.
