I have a 1996 John Deere 8970 for sale. Has 5500 hours 710/38 all matching deep tread Firestone tires, weights on inside on all corners, has been changed to mechanical fuel pump and set at 475hp. Rod and main bearings replaced in 2018 and that is when converted to mechanical pump which was a new big gear pump. Tractor is in excellent shape with newer cab kit installed and always stored inside when not in field. Very strong running dependable tractor. Only selling due to updating to a 9630. Machine is ready to go and has the harnessing for Deere GPS. $82500.
