Make sure that you lock tight inside sheave onto shaft I didn't know that until 2nd time I had to replace sheave and output shaft I guess rollpin and ball and set screw are just to help line things up not to hold together. Time will tell if lock tight works I guess. Also make sure you tension belt correctly as any slippage will heat gearbox up.
