Generally speaking, from my experience, cell reception problems are mostly a thing of the past around here.
Newer technologies using directional antennae and phased arrays have given me a strong signal nearly everywhere I go lately.
I still get a few dead spots when I'm driving, but that's to be expected anywhere.
