We have owned a Hustler and liked it.  I now own a Bad Boy and believe we like it better.  My son in law has a Gravely and likes it as well.  There are some Scags in our area and they seem to do well also.  Have never heard of the Simplicity.  I am a Deere user but think others make better mowers.
