Northern Nebraska | The fuel pump can fail. The fuel pump can also fail on anything 20 years old. They had a bad rap because when new Cummins didn't offer parts only reman pumps so it was expensive. Parts are available to any pump shop to repair now.
Orings on the main hydraulic lines can fail. Sometimes the line itself.
Check and see if the electrical terminators have been upgraded.
The main cab solenoid should also be upgraded.
Other than a nice comfortable tractor that will pull well.
