dump the air if air ride equipped... put some sturdy blocks under the legs to get a bigger footprint (a 8"x8"x2' long block works nicely) and a 4"x4"x1' long block behind the back tires so it stops the trailer from moving backwards when you hook up. If you have air ride on your tractor, dump the air until you are almost under the trailer to re-hook.... move the last 8-10" backwards to latch the pin after you re-air your suspension
