Don’t think you can get them far enough apart to completely prevent the issue. But, I’d put them as far apart as your axle/spacers will allow. We’ve got 20.8r46 on the back of our 275. They’re set at 30” spacing center to center. Not sure what that allows between the tires but I know they don’t rub when they squat. We don’t run into much mud so it’s not been an issue. Assuming you are probably running the inner tires a bit wide to prevent buildup between tire and cab?
